telegram from Tokyo, I may perhaps mention that

the Surgeon of H.M.9. "Cadmus", to whom the

matter was mentioned in private conversation,

stated as a coincidence that he had on May 1st

received a letter from a brother in india, who

observed that the seditious movement in india

had taken an unpleasant turn as the disaffected

netivos had decided to use arsenic instead of

bombs in dealing with their victims.

It is

somewhat romarkable that this letter should

have been received only one day before 1

received the warming telegram from Tokyo, and

the fact that information regarding the

seditious movement was received here from three

distinct sources within a wook tends to show
